What we collect

When you contact BIT through this website or by email, we process the information you provide:

• Name and organisation
• Email address
• Reason for contact and the content of your message
• Standard technical logs generated by our hosting provider (such as IP address, timestamp and user agent) for security and operational purposes

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Purpose and legal basis

We process inquiry data to respond to your request and manage strategic and business communication. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in handling business inquiries, or consent where applicable.

Retention

We keep inquiry data only as long as necessary for the inquiry or the resulting business dialogue, and then delete or anonymise it.

Processors and recipients

Data may be processed by our hosting provider and, if a form delivery service is used, by that provider, in each case under data processing terms. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact contact@bravoit.ai to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet (the Norwegian Data Protection Authority).

Sensitive information

Do not send classified, export-controlled, sensitive operational or confidential technical information through this website or by unencrypted email.
